GoPlay are excited to launch Soccer Clinics with the “Ginger Pele” - Former Premier League and Irish International Player Gary Doherty
Gary Doherty is a retired Irish professional soccer player. He played as a defender, having previously also played as a center forward, and gained international honors for the Republic of Ireland.
He began his career at Luton Town before having a spell with Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League, however, most of his career was with Norwich City, He finished his career with Wycombe Wanderers following a successful stint at Charlton. He made 34 appearances for his country, and played in over 500 professional games scoring 40 goals.

8:30 am – 9:00 am – Check In (Players will be grouped by age and ability)
9:00 am – 10:15 - Technique Development (Learning new skill and passing techniques, first touch, control, spacial awareness)
10:15 am – 10:30 am – Snack Break
10:30 am – 11:45 am – Shooting the Tottenham Hotspur Way (Shooting Exercises in a 2v2/3v3 setting)
11:45 am – 12:15 pm – Lunch
12:15 pm – 12:45 pm – Players Q+A with Gary Doherty
12:45 pm – 1:45 pm – Game Intelligence (Increasing every player’s soccer IQ)
1:45 pm – 2:00 pm – Hydration Break
2:00 pm – 3:15 pm – Champions League Tournament
